Travel Find in Hà Giang, Vietnam
I was on a 4-day motorcycle tour through the mountainous Hà Giang region in Vietnam in 2018. Here we drove down into the valley near Đồng Văn and took a break at this idyllic bridge. I took some pictures of Hà Giang mountains and after a short time noticed two little boys in the shade under the bridge. They played on the steel girders at a daring height above the river. The little boy balanced on the narrow straps without sturdy shoes. His big brother followed him until they both reached the end unharmed. However, they looked carelessly into our shocked faces, then grabbed their fishing rods and disappeared on a mountain path. This moment was just one of the many bizarre encounters on my trip through Vietnam.
